Hello, I need to buy myself a new set of armor, and I'm thinking, that what armor set is max armor, but also the cheapest one available? And please, if you know the price, could you tell it too to me?

Cheapest max armor is 1k a piece + materials.

You can get it in Kaineng center and a few other places.

Consulate Docks is the mission you're talking about. This crafter is in Elona (nightfall).
Kaineng Center is in Cantha (factions), Droknar's Forge is in Tyria (prophecies).

The max AL depends on your profession. Squishies (E, Me, Mo, N, Rt) all have 60AL max, R, A, and D all have 70 AL, and W, and P have 80AL.

Armor skin doesn't make a difference now, it only affects the required materials (sometimes depends on the sets) and how it looks.

Collector armor is another option, though you don't get to choose the skin and it isn't inscribable.

There is material wise really cheaper armor at the armor crafter in the entry of GWEN.(next to the command training dwarf, who also gives away free max damage weapons)
That place is easier/cheaper to reach than droknars as well,
